Julie’s Slim-down Smoothie
I wanted a good beach bod before summer hit. It’s now August and here’s the deal: if I found myself on a beach right now, I’d be covered up with a chub camouflaging sarong. But wait! IT’S STILL SUMMER! There’s still time to drop some pounds! I’m sharing my Slim-Down Smoothie recipe because it’s my go-to drink/meal whenever I need to trim some pudge (as in NOW), cut the bloat and feel my best(it’s also yummy, thanks to some strategic fruits that do a bang-up job as a sweet, supporting cast).
This juice gives me tons of energy while helping me get one step closer to baring my bod surfside and slipping back into my skinny jeans (which, by the way, will make me very happy when autumn rolls around and I can pair them with some killer boots…oh, sorry, I got a little offtrack there.).
Wanna give my Slim-Down Smoothie a try? Plug in your powerful blender, line up your produce and get the show (and your rocking bod!) on the road!
Note: This recipe should be blended, nut juiced (you want all the fiber and nutrients).
